These are the made up stories of a team working in an Agile environment. Their daily struggles and successes are presented in a comic/parody/satirical way. Click on the image to see it in full size.
The team members are:
- Little, the main character. The team’s tester.

- Mr. Fancy, the team’s UI developer.

The drawings are made by hand on paper, by means of pencils and fine liners, except for the outline, by the author. Hence their imperfection.
I have a similar story from a previous role.
Our team (the organisation’s whole IT department) decided on a team build which consisted of clearing a patch of land for a local community centre. This was just about the time that community-oriented schemes were becoming a Thing.
Coincidentally, the same day one of our policy teams was out on their team-build, which was a chocolate-oriented jolly at Cadbury World. We got back into the office with a whole pile of positives (even the team cynic, who was normally very disparaging about team building days, was enthusiastic: “We’ll know when we’ve had a successful team build when we can see we’ve finished! Nothing theoretical about that!” were his words) but also with a huge amount of corporate kudos for doing something useful instead of just having fun at the taxpayers’ expense…
